For seven years they ran sold out long table lunches in the paddock to plate farm restaurant, a journey recorded in the SBS television series Gourmet Farmer. Together, Sadie and Matthew manage 70 acres of southern Tasmania which produces enough food for 10, 000 meals a year while building topsoil and encouraging biodiversity.
